- Strict Performance Audits: The Chief Minister has ordered that 19 different government departments do performance audits every month, reviews every two weeks, and make action plans every three months. The goal is simple: to keep raising the standard of service at all levels, from the state capital to the individual constituencies. Naidu said, “There can be no compromise on performance,” stressing that all officials should be held accountable and learn new skills.
- Adding More Digital Services: Naidu has also asked for more services to be added to WhatsApp Governance, which already offers more than 730 public services. This makes the government more accessible to the average person.
